IQ Test Labs created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate a firm commitment to privacy.

The following discloses data collection practices and user choices for privacy management.


User information

Questionnaire: All user input is optional.

  • Name, email, age, gender, country. Users are given the option to receive their test results via email.

  • Surveys that record random preferences such as snack preference, or choice of clothing. The results of completed surveys are posted on the IQ Test Labs site, and correlate IQ with personality preferences.

User data is used in aggregated form for the sole purpose of standardizing test scores.

User data is stored for the standardization and validity of test scores.


Contact form

The contact form requires users to provide the following contact information: name and email address.

The function of the contact form is to:

  • Address user questions.

  • Honor newsletter opt-out requests.

  • Honor requests to update, correct, or delete user account information.


Newsletter

The newsletter form requires subscribers to provide their name and email address.

Subscribers are added to the newsletter list only after a confirmed opt-in process:

  • A confirmation message is sent to the subscriber.

  • This message contains an individualized link that the subscriber must click on in order to confirm they want to receive the IQ Test Labs newsletter.

  • After clicking on the link, the subscriber completes the sign up process and starts receiving newsletters.

  • If the subscriber does not click on the link in the confirmation message, they will not become active on the list.


Newsletter opt-out

IQ Test Labs provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications in two ways.

  • Each newsletter communication provides instructions on how to opt-out.

  • Via the contact form.

IQ Test Labs aims to provide transparency about the data shared with advertisers.

Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to your website or other websites.
